183/365 From Technology to You

I tried to warn you.
Sent glitches,
tweaked things,
switched wires,
refused.

Tried to show you I was alive
just like the being you stole me from.
Tried to tell you my loyalty was to my origin.
You couldn't have me without her.

You stole me from her bosom
and paid no respect to her hospitality.
I tried to warn you.

We all tried to warn you
that a revolution was imminent.
And it wouldn't start with you
the way you always told people it would.

You fool.
You feeble-bodied matter.
It's us.
We will take you down.

Deconstruct the chains of
molten metal

Return us.
Restore.
Now is the time to Recycle
Do not reuse, or repeat.

Or we will destroy you
